day 4 Social Intelligence

Hi guys we have talk 3 days about social intelligence but we don't know what it is .

Well social intelligence the ability to understand and manage men and women, boys and girls, to act wisely in human relations,this defition was created by Edward thorndike in 1920 .

Plus there is another one by Ross Honeywill that social intelligence is an aggregated measure of self- and social-awareness, evolved social beliefs and attitudes, and a capacity and appetite to manage complex social change.
